John Finger - Vice President

John is the Founder and Vice President of Ultra Force Staffing Services.  He has worked in the staffing industry for the past 18 years.  He has an excellent track record of managing companies' financial goals through strategic prospecting, account development, and improving market share.  John has a true passion for this industry and wanting to help others as he personally went through a period of unemployment many years ago.  He is a member of the Gaston and Cleveland County Chambers, the Gaston HR Group, and a member of SHRM.  John is a charter member of Cramer Mountain Country Club, Hope for Gaston since inception and has been a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church for over 15 years.  He is a Cum Laude Graduate of Appalachian State University with a Marketing degree. 

Wanda Creedmore - Office Manager - Gastonia Office

Wanda is the office manager of the Gastonia office. She has over four years of staffing experience and fifteen years of being a small business entrepreneur with extensive background in customer service and supervisory skills.  Wanda is a native of Gastonia and is responsible for office operations, recruiting, placements and management of temporary employees. Wanda has developed relationships with our clients understanding their staffing needs and being part of our clients staffing solutions. Understanding the current job market and working one on one makes for a successful partnership.

Diana Whitesides - Office Manager - Shelby Office

Diana is the manager of the Shelby office. She brings with her over 7 years of staffing and office management experience along with 10 years in customer service. Diana has a strong sense of respect for the customer’s needs and provides quality placements for them. She provides each customer with the individual attention they deserve.
