Temporary and Temp-to-Hire

You may hire someone on a Temporary or temp-to-hire basis. Everyone benefits from this type of arrangement. When someone is working on a temp-to-hire basis, there is a probationary period. After this time period, you may hire the candidate on a permanent basis with no additional fee. We will guarantee the person during and after the temp-to-hire period. Please call us for details.

Direct Hire

Sometimes our clients are looking for a permanent member for their team. With a proper job description, we will do the recruiting and interviewing and submit the qualified candidates to you. If you decide to hire a candidate, we will guarantee the person for a certain period of time.
Our fees are less than a full time recruiter.

Payrolling Services

If you do the recruiting and want to put someone on our payroll, we can offer you our payrolling services. Generally, there is no time limit for these services and the rate is typically lower. The payrolled employee will still be provided our benefit package.
